Owen Gene

Owen Gene is a French professional footballer who plays as a midfielder. Born in Nanterre and of Martinican and Malagasy descent, he was schooled at US Croissy, FC Versailles and then Amiens, where he signed his first professional contract in 2021 and went on to make almost a hundred league appearances in the French second tier. Tall for a central midfielder, he uses his frame to protect possession and was called into the France under-20 squad in 2023.
