1. Description of Services

For the purposes of these terms, "service" refers to the website goldenpredictions.com and all its extensions.

goldenpredictions.com is a website that provides users with access to football predictions and any other sports-information service. It allows use of the predictions service without any claim of guaranteed results; it also includes a range of features typical of such services. The Site reserves the right to modify or remove these features at any time at its sole discretion.

The published sites may contain links to external content hosted on third-party websites beyond our control.

The Site accepts no liability of any kind for the content, information, products or services offered by websites accessed via links on our site, nor for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of those sites.

2. Reporting Unlawful External Content

You may, at any time, report a hyperlink to unlawful external content by writing to us at [email protected]. If we consider it appropriate, and if the link reproduces illegal content or content contrary to our policy, we will remove it as soon as possible.

The Site can remove the hyperlink from its service but cannot under any circumstances withdraw the external content itself. As a general rule, you should address the publisher or web host of the content in question.

The service is provided as-is and the Site offers no warranty in this regard beyond those required by law, and cannot guarantee in particular that the service will meet the user's needs, will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. 7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of public order, these general terms are governed by Italian law and European Union law.

In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation, performance or termination of these general terms of use, the parties agree to use the mediation procedure set out in Legislative Decree no. 28/2010 and subsequent amendments.

Should the disagreement persist, the parties confer exclusive jurisdiction on the Court of Rome, even in cases involving multiple defendants or third-party proceedings, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable to these terms.

8. Information on Addiction and Online Sports Games
