Achraf Hakimi

Achraf Hakimi is a Moroccan professional footballer who plays as a right-back, known for his overlapping runs and his pace over the length of the pitch. A Real Madrid academy graduate who made his name at Borussia Dortmund and won the Serie A title with Inter in 2021, he was voted African Player of the Year in 2025 and finished sixth in that year's Ballon d'Or, the highest placing ever reached by a Moroccan player.
