Chonburi FC

Chonburi FC, founded in 1997, represent the port city of Chonburi on Thailand's eastern seaboard and are known to their supporters as the Sharks. In 2007 they became the first provincial side crowned champions of the Thai top flight, a title that carried them into the AFC Champions League. Home games are staged at the Chonburi Daikin Stadium, which holds around 8,680 spectators.
