Gernika

Sociedad Deportiva Gernika Club was founded in 1922 in Gernika-Lumo, the Biscayan town whose name resonates well beyond football. After winning its Tercera group in 2020-21 the club stepped up to Segunda Federación, and since 2005 it has played at the municipal Estadio Urbieta, on the northern edge of town.
