LDU Quito

Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Quito, known as LDU, are the most successful football club in Ecuador on the continental stage. In 2008 they won the Copa Libertadores, the only Ecuadorian club ever to do so, and added the Copa Sudamericana and the Recopa Sudamericana to their record. Based in the capital, they play at altitude at the Estadio Rodrigo Paz Delgado.
