Club Deportivo Atlético Paso was founded on 17 June 1952 in El Paso, on the Canary island of La Palma. After winning its Tercera Federación group the club stepped up to Segunda Federación, and it plays at the Campo Municipal de El Paso, which holds around 5,000 people.
